We have been invited to race with the Orielly's USCS sprint cars and modified series. The race is November 7-8 and it pays $1,000 to win and $100 to start the A main (20 cars will start). This will be the finale for our first year as a group. Friday night will be hotlaps, heats, and saturday night will be B main, Dash (pays $100 to win) and A main. I told several people that we would be timing in, and that I think was false. We will more than likely just draw as pill for heat race line-ups. Please pass the word and please give me some feed back on who would show and who isn't. I know this is late in the year for a lot of guys, but its going to be a great show that pays good.

McClain Jr.starts in the back, but doesn't finish there is the Thunder in the Bull Ring in Ripely MS. Congrats to Jimmy for putting on a great drive to the win at the Bull Ring. Well deserved win!

We are racing at Riverside Speedway on September 6th.

Please read the remainder very carefully. I do not want any mis understandings.

This event is 1 week prior to our Dynamic Electric TSMA Championship Race on September 13th. We WILL NOT be racing for our normal purse. We will be on a sliding pay scale. This is the same as the pay was last year. Which means, if 5 cars show its not going to pay $375 to win. We have to have at least 14 cars to get the full purse. Which is $375 to win and $35 to start.

Clayton wanted us to have this weekend for a chance to get practice for our $2,000 to win race. I do understand some may not show because they do not want to take a chance of tearing up there cars. We will still check tires, motors like we normally do. We just are not racing for our normal TSMA Purse.

Please pass this on to everyone. Some guys do not read the internet and will not see this. Please let everyone you know, know!!

Thanks alot guys for all the support and help this season. Its been awesome and we look forward to doing it again next year with a really good schedule I think everyone will like and a great payout.

Also, membership for next year is going to go up some, but you will at least get it back if you run 80% of the TSMA sanctioned races. We will be close to home next year about 20+ shows and a few out of town travels scattered out throughout the entire season.

We also have a few rule changes that will go into effect for next season. We are currently working on that right now and will have it to you in the up coming weeks. Hopefully by the 13th of September.

Dynamic Electric Sponsors TSMA Championship Race
Dynamic Electric out of Memphis Tennessee has come on board with the Tri-State Minisprint Association as the title sponsor for the TSMA Championship Race held on September 13, 2008. We are very excited about the new addition to a already awesome event. The event will run the ASCS passing points rules with the top 16 in passing points locking into the A main event. The remainder will run a B main to determine the final 8 positions for the back of the feature.

We have had guys from as far away as PA that have committed to the Dynamic Electric TSMA Championship Race. With the car count expected to raised above 30 cars, this should be a night know one will forget.

Once again we would like to thank Dynamic Electric for coming on board with the TSMA for the remainder of the 2008 season and beyond. For more information please visit www.tri-stateminisprints.com.
